One calendar to plan, queue, and auto-publish content across every channel — replacing a tangle of spreadsheets, phone reminders, and last-minute manual posting.
The team was managing content for multiple brands across several social networks using a shared spreadsheet and a set of calendar reminders. Every post was published by hand, at the right time, by whoever happened to be free — copying captions, resizing images, and juggling logins for each platform.
This created a set of recurring, expensive problems:
I built a dedicated scheduling platform that turned the entire content pipeline into a single visual calendar. Content is planned once, reviewed in place, and then published automatically at the scheduled time — no one has to be at their keyboard when a post goes out.
A background job queue handles the actual publishing, retries failed posts, and respects each platform's rate limits. A scheduler continuously scans upcoming content and dispatches it at the right moment, while webhooks and periodic syncs keep engagement data fresh.
The team went from manually pushing every post to planning a month of content in one sitting and letting the platform handle delivery. Late and missed posts disappeared, approvals became traceable, and reporting that used to eat an afternoon now happens on a dashboard in real time.
